Ok. I agree with all that but I still wanna know who the ne'er-do-well buyer is based on the story to date because the aforementioned buyer might want to weigh in. Without specifics, no way to determine good, bad, ugly, stupid, indifferent or just plain nonsense. Sometimes it's the buyer but sometimes not. In the case of the transaction in question, it continues to remain speculative at best. State your case or don't involve the entire community in a guessing game.
