Hi there. Picked up another Maratac Cr123 and still just can't get into the way it feels in my watch pocket. I also just recently scored a Muyshondt Aeon MkIII so think I'll be loving on that one every day for the foreseeable future... 
This one has been pocket carried a few times, only turned on a few times, and just has the beginning of a light patina. Comes with box, etc. as well as a little copper bead (don't remember where from, just a little cheapie) on a leather lanyard I threw on it. Asking $60 shipped to your door, I cover fees.
