Member stuck after server update

We have a bladeforums member who is stuck after the server updates the other day. Neal Perkins /Neal70 2ho was gifted gold by Crazy Canuck, can not log back on to the site and bladeforums is not letting him make another account. He could not start a thread here to explain his situation. Neal reached out to me and I helped reached out to moderators. Is there anything that can be done to help him? @Spark Thank you for your time and assistance.
