Recommendation? Michigan Knife Shows??

I'm hoping to attend some knife shows here in Michigan, near the Detroit area preferably. I went to the Gibraltar TC Gun and Knife Show a few years ago and it was more like a flea market than a show, I am wondering if there is a show that is more dedicated to knives, that maybe has some knife makers displaying, and isn't mostly "gas station knives" or guns. Anyone know?

Good luck. Gun & knife shows are your best bet, and they haven't been good in a decade.

I'm in the suburbs of Detroit myself. The only decent show gun and knife show I've been too was the Novi Gun and knife show and that was about 2 years ago. Good size show. More guns then knives. Not much on the custom side. Prices weren't very good. I don't bother with gun and knife shows anymore myself and I don't have the $ to go down the custom road.

July 20-21 is the next show.

Suburban Showcase (in Novi) has Gun and Knife shows on a recurring basis. The Wolverine Knife Collectors Club has a Fall show near Sterling Heights.
