New to Microtech knives. After handling a few Microtech OTF's this month, it's easy to see how much quality the company puts into these knives. The price point was a big factor for me, but after watching the torture test they put the Combat Troodon through I will gladly pay the high price for it! I am curious though to see if anyone knows a ball park range on what a dealer might pay before the charge the MSRP on a Combat Troodon. Just wondering what the general mark up on these knifes is. Regardless, it will not stop me from purchasing or supporting a local deal as I do understand the need for them to also profit.

30 - 40 % is about the average (non-sale/no-discount) dealer markup - for all brands, not just Microtech.
Seems very lucrative with how popular the Microtechs are. Most online stores are always sold out.
