They are not a preferred dealer in my book. In my case, I asked some specific questions on condition and they refused to give me specific answers. The knife was in the $300-400 range. He lost a sale.
Make sure you read their terms and conditions. They charge a restocking fee and if your knife is defective you get the choice of returning it to the factory or store credit but not a refund. However, they sell a lot of new old stock, so a return to the factory for replacement is not possible for some of their stock.
If you return for store credit, they deduct their shipping. They don't insure unless you specify it, and if USPS says it is delivered and it's not, it's your problem.
The shipping policies is why I asked some specific questions about condition, because I did not want to have to return the knife. For an expensive new, old stock knife, from a small firm, I expected more and better service.
