Military 2 15V Sprint Run Available SFO

At Spyderco: MSRP $322. "Additional discounts not applicable for this item." :(

And either sold out or not available at MAP $241.25 at all of the retailers that I looked at too. 🤷‍♂️
 
I'd really like a military 2 in 15v, but I can't justify that cost.

I've got a PM2 in 15v and the steel is excellent, but I don't think it's worth $300+.

I start these alert threads (mostly SFO) as it gives people a heads up the knife is about to drop/or available at online retailers. Obviously sprint runs aren’t optfocus discounted anymore, but other regular production knives still are. You’re finding “out of stock” because they haven’t dropped at 99% of most shops yet. I’ll update thread with links to blade forums paid dealers when I see them…probably next week. 😀
Looking forward to getting this and the Military 2 Salt.
 
When I looked, all the links showed the knife OOS except at The Knife Center. 🤷‍♂️

Didn't really need it but placed an order for 1 w/Knife Center before it went OOS there too because of the FOMO, LOL! 😉

They’ve been coming in /out of stock at most retailers, REC and Knife Works are back on sites. Not sure if they’re getting multiple shipments or holding stock back to increase demand.

Nobody is holding back to increased demand. When Sprint runs get released, it starts as a trickle and then it's a flow.

This is a larger Sprint run then the typical 1500 pcs.
 
5000 of each! That’s awesome and no wonder they’re not selling out Instantly. Kills the scalpers no doubt! Thanks for the info Shawn.

Yeah it's pretty cool when you think about it. This is the first time in history we've had the big three (Rex121, Maxamet, 15V) readily available from a production company.

It won't always be like this so I'm sure we will look back on this as being a special time in history for those that like maximum cutting edge retention steels.
 
I think the brown robe might be a clue.
