Just received my first spyderco folders, and I'm very pleased with them. I convinced my girl that she needed a spyderco delica, for SD, which was fairly easy since she's into knives also, so I bought it for her as a gift, and, cough, cough, lo n behold, a military arrived along with it... oops! Guess it needed its big bro to keep it company in the mail... so I avoided any financial complaints but getting her a nice gift, and by romantically matching the knife styles... teehee :D

Hey,
I only have one thing to say: I wish my boyfriend would do that for me!!!!:( And don't feel guilty about buying yourself a knife, you need to live a little every now and then ;) Good job at keeping the women happy.

Actually, I think of the Police model more of a "big brother" to the Delica than the Military model...(The Police and the Military aren't really related, 'cept for the last name "Spyderco"). I carry a Police model, and my wife carries a Delica, and those two ARE "brothers".

to her, they are bros, simply because at first glance they look alike with the big hole in the blade... gud 'nuf fer me :D especially since I only wanted the milli, not the police... but point noted.

ACTUALLY, DNA tests have proven that the Endura is the true brother to the Delica, the Police and Millie are just close relatives.
