I made an order with Bushgear.co.uk, to purchase some Mora Mikis for a group buy some of us did.

Aside - Gavin at Bushgear was very good to deal with, very pleasant, funny, patient with my multiple emails, and once I ordered, he was on it like a dog on a dreamsicle... And he taught me a new expression for difficult.... Like trying to put an octopus in a string bag...

I also received a Mora 2010, green on green...

So, I took some pictures with it, and the 911, since they have the same handle....

First up, in the sheaths... minus the rotating clip...

And, the knives....

[The handles look different sized, they're not, chalk it up to my bad photography and the black handle. Black is slimming...]

Enjoy,
Marion

Forgot to mention, the usual sources have the 2010, black handle, yellow trim. Black sheath. Ragweed, Ben's, Smoky Mountain, the Bay...

And the blade steel is the same in both versions.

Best,
Marion

I believe the OD/green version is called Mora 2010MG and the black/yellow is Mora 2010.
Other than the color, I believe they are identical.

I think they finally got it right. The 2000 did nothing for me with the tree bark handle. The 2010.. eh. Its bright yellow. Not a fan.

That one looks good. I'd take 'er to the dance.:p

I think you have it right on all accounts...

Yeah, it is nice, I love the handle!

an yidea how far the 911 tang goes into the handle.... I prefer the pointier carbon blade over the more rounded tip san stanless blade of the 2000, and 2010.. but the strength of those due to the long thick tan gis a nice selling point.

Those look awesome, I really dig the Miki but I totally spaced on the group buy.
Crap.
