My damascus steel

Greetings!

After a series of studies and samples I can present the first stainless steel damascus blade.
The average content of 1% carbon, 12% chromium, molybdenum and vanadium bit.. The hardness of 62 HRC.

Fantastic blades with many creative patterns!

Can you describe and show the steps you go through to produce these patterns? Are you milling shapes in the blanks, forging shapes in the blanks, or other methods? How do you plan ahead of time to make a specific pattern and then design the prior process steps so as to arrive at the planned pattern design? Do you have a video of making one of these patterned knives start to finish?
