My New Rogers Rangers spike hawk

Suzanne,
I placed an order with you via telephone on June 5th 2006. You said it would be about 4 weeks for me to receive my hawk. I have paid my credit card charge already and being that it is now July 18th I was wondering where my order is. I have sent emails and left phone messages but have received no response. Are you on vacation? Will I receive this order? Should I ask the credit card company to research this for me?

Just received an e-mail from Suzanne. Seems there was a medical emergency. She is going to let me know the status of my order later today.
