It's pretty unusual to see the Captain of a ship standing a security watch, something that is usually left to the junior sailors, and It's pretty cool to see a Benchmade sheath on the upper left of his vest. There's definitely the imprint of a strap cutter in that sheath, probably the 8 Hook, based on the size of the sheath. I wonder if he has another Benchmade on him....
I know it's a flimsy excuse for a thread, but hey, this is pretty badass, standing watch in his flight suit with a TOPGUN patch on the right shoulder. I'm sure his own crew appreciates that he's willing to stand a security watch, getting to know both them and their jobs, and it's an impressive display of leadership for the rest of us.
