Hi all...

I have a friend heading to Phoenix in a while and I'd like him to pick up some stuff for me. Can anyone recommend a few good/reliable/popular knife shops?

What's pricing like retail? Can I expect anything close to the great discounts I see offered by online retailers?

It'd be great if you could provide the name of the shop with the address or contact info. Heck, if you could add the name of the proprietor/you favourite sales person there, it's be even better! Thanx for the assistance!

great recommendation Jim! do they carry production knives as well? or are they specialised in customs?

Actually on my shopping list are some maintenance stuff and maybe one or two small folders... so far production pieces.

Customs in Singapore are really strict and I don't wanna get my friend into any trouble when he brings and fixed blade pieces thru on the way back.

Furthermore, he isn't a knife knut, so I'm NOT gonna trust him to pick out knives for me... it's a really personal thing, you understand.
