Section 12020 of the california penal code as it pertains to carrying knifes doesn't seem to talk about length, but rather a kife that is redily available as a stabbing impliment; such as a fixed blade or a folding knife with the blade locked open. Section 262.10 PC talkes about school grounds and not fixed blade over 21/2 inches long.
So, does this mean that I have to carry my 21/2 inch fixed blade exposed or can it be concealed? and Can I carry a 3inch fixed blade concealed?
Hear is an odd question. If I haave a concealed weapons permit can I carry any fixed blade I want concealed regaradless of length?
