Need recommendations: Going hunting

I’ve been using an Esee 3 for deer, hogs, etc.
The blade coating helps protect from rust. Good heat treat, fairly easy to sharpen. Sharp and ready to use from the factory. Comes with a good sheath.

the buck paclite skinner is my go to for field dressing and skinning.

I am looking at more "premium" steels in the future, but that size and shape is perfect for me

No particular order. All well known proven field blades and all well under budget.

Buck 110 or 119
Grohmann #1, #3, or the Large Skinner
Outdoor Edge, single skinner or one of their very good kits
Knives of Alaska Yukon, Alpha Wolf, or Elk Hunter
CS Master Hunter

KA-BAR Jarosz Globetrotter. It has a fine shape for hunting and general use, is USA made, and is made by KA-BAR; a name synonymous with United States Marine.
