Need some input on Mini Leatherneck Double Edge Spearpoint

Thinking about getting one of these for a Neck knife.

For those who have one I would appreciate your opinion on the knife.

Do they sharpen easily on a whetstone and keep a sharp edge fairly well ?
Is the sheath reliable to hold the knife and comfortable to wear?

What do you like about it and what do you not like about it ?
