Does anybody know where I can get a replacement rubber tip for my Cold Steel City Stick? I contacted customer service and received the following:
"Thank you for contacting GSM Outdoors! We apologize for the delayed response.
Unfortunately, we do not have replacement hardware available to send. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
To best assist you, please call 877-269-8490 at your earliest convenience. We are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
Have a wonderful day!"

The "Limited Lifetime Warranty" is almost as useful as snake mittens at this point.

Have you checked Walmart or the pharmacy chains? Cane tips come in a few different sizes. Remove the old tip, measure the thickness at the stick's end, and go buy a new one.

As far as your warranty comment - you didn't break the stick. Cane tips are a wear item

They don't have replacements for anything.(at least sheaths for current production knives).

Walmart and various hardware stores sell black hard rubber tips for table and chair legs (Walmart has them in the hardware section). They have different sizes, you might find a size that will work. I bought some at Walmart awhile back with a 1/2" opening, the smallest size they had, for general purpose use.

McMaster also sells black rubber caps in a wide variety of sizes, but you have to buy in bulk.

There is also a site/company called widgetco.com that sells a wide variety of black rubber caps (referred to as screw protectors), as well as rubber chair/table leg feet. They sell items individually.

Amazon also sells such items.

If an important part of a product is inclined to wear out through normal use it would be nice if the seller provided replacements for that part.

That is certainly an option...but the cane tips are purpose designed. I'd recommend that option first. Check the pharmacy/heath section at Walmart or search "cane tip" on Amazon (according to a couple sites I checked, you'll want 3/4" tips; but measure to be sure).

Replacement cane tips have never been offered on any of the canes/walking sticks, at least not to my knowledge, for at least the past 10 years. I tried to get one for my HD sword cane years ago, but ended up just getting one off of ebay.

Common, off-white crutch tips give much better traction than cane tips and the nearly-white color is handy in the dark.

I have a City Stick that I thought was too slippery with the hard tip supplied .

I wanted to use a Carex 1" rubber tip for better traction , but needed to build up the diameter to fit .

Used some self fusing silicone tape to wrap around the tip and then press fitted into the Carex .

Works great for mobility support ! But not as good for SD use .
