  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

what are the knife laws of Nevada maybe specifically Washoe county? Also what is considered a pocket knife and if it has a pocket clip is it conceal carry?

All knives are legal to own and carry openly.
All knives are legal to carry concealed except machetes.

That said state law prohibits anyone from concealing any dangerous or deadly weapon. How that gets interpreted will determine whether your a law abiding citizen or convicted felon. Good luck!

If you're too worried about it might I suggest moving to Churchill or Mineral counties? I can't speak for LE in Washoe county, but I know here I can keep an Arkansas toothpick strapped to my thigh and don't even get a sideways look.
