New American-Made Kitchen Knife Company... Interested in a Pass-Around

Pretty interesting journey so far. Id try one out in a home setting. Im a knifemaker making about 20 knives per year, ive spent many hours studying kitchen knives and the market for the past several years. Im also into cooking of course :).
Id like to see how the bevel geometry is coming out on these, primarily the tip performance.
