Id be down for Dt sr101, sr 3v at 58 hrc to be good and tough, or sr77. With res c handles and i wouldn't sneeze at it if it was coated. And though I'd prefer .30+ thickness i dont think .187 is a bad option either.. oh to be in a perfect world where was both options lol.
