Got this new pack in the mail yesterday. Pretty cool. Honestly, I wasnt it expecting it to be as small as it is but it does have its advantages. Fits right on my larger Pointman back back. Guess that's why they call it the escape and evade model.

Good quality though. Anyone else love Kifaru?

nice rig very nice.

Love the original Buy Brown exposed spine sheath.

Yes they are suppose to build a great pack, I was about to order one when I got a deal on an Eagle Becker and a Kelty that covered all my pack needs !!!

Love the KZ ...!!

I love Kifaru. I have the Scout and Express and both are wonderful. I'm on a Mystery Ranch kick right now but after seeing your E&E I might have order one myself. Thanks for the pics OP, awesome KZII btw, thats one of my grail knives.

I use that very pack as a running pack. And a Zulu for my mountain carry, a X Ray for a three day pack. Kifaru has some of the better gear that I've used. Good choice.

Wow! Blast from the past, welcome back!:)

So this got me looking again. They have so many packs. Having a problem deciding which one I like most.

I own the pointman and use it for travel when I don't want to check a suitcase and when I'm not traveling it seconds as my bug out bag. It's huge! I can only imagine how big the AG2 and EMR are. the Pointman runs about 50L. That's big enough for a week long back packing trip. If you are looking at day packs or like a 3 day camping trip size you prob want to stay under 35-40 L and as low as 20 liters for an everyday pack/day hike. The E&E I have pictured above would make for a very small day hike pack. Enough for a water bottle jacket and some gear. KIFARU is pretty sweet in that they also sell attachable pouches for the MOLLE system. So you can expand your bag choice if you need to.

How do you like the scout? I almost pulled the trigger on that one then at the last minute went with the smaller E&E.

Here's a pic of my Pointman. It's about 50L. Pretty large for my purposes. Make a great bug out bag for a family of four, though.

And I know how much you guys love this pic.

big fan of kifaru as well, running a x-ray, scout, and e&e. the xing might be my next one. they are also going to have some in kryptec typhoon.
