I got asked to make a mix of the Sheepsfoot and the City Edge. This is the result. I took the excact profile of the CityEdge and made the edge go 1/2" futher back. Used the handle/hole configuration seen on the Sheepsfoot.

The materials used are Dense Twist Damasteel and Snakewood. The sheath (not shown) has lizardskin coverings. I also use a sligthly smaller diameter pins than usually.

Beautiful work Jens!

Another beauty, Jens! I really like the overall shape, and the Damasteel is perfect for that size of knife. Some of the bigger patterns with the really dark etch sort of take away from the natural beauty of the knife, but that tight twist with the light etch is perfect. The snakewood is great, too. Is it stabilized? I wish I could knock knives out like yours...maybe someday! Gives me a goal to work toward, I suppose!

That is one gorgeous knife!!

I really like the shape and the longer blade. O hell, I like everything about it! Please keep showing us pictures of your work. Your knives have a unique "face" on them that is so great!

Jens, seeing this knife again makes me realize just how much I like it. This may well be my favorite small fixed blade knife. It is a true beauty.
