I was browsing SMKW, and saw a whole tab for Robeson Shur-Edge knives. . I figured they were made in China, but no! USA made, with D2 steel. Does Queen makes these? They look pretty nice.

Yes, I'm pretty sure it's Queen -- they've been making them now and then for several years. Their previous Robeson offerings have been pretty much on par with their S&M lines in fit and finish.

Ontario Knife Co. has owned the "Robeson" name since the early 70's.

The knives Queen makes are nice, but they label some knives, "PocketEze", but then don't make the blades flush with the liners as they were on the original PocketEze line by Robeson. They label some knives "MasterCraft", but there is no bronze bearing on the tang as there was on the originals. Of course, I realize it'd be very expensive just to set up the tooling to duplicate the old MasterCraft "Oiless Bearings" from back in the day.

To echo what Charlie said, the new Robesons are nice but I'd sure like to see them make 'em like they used to with sunk joints.
