New Steels?

We would NEVER use our customers lives as a test bed for new steels!
That being said, yeah of course we do. (Use other steels). We continuously check out new stuff. We have been doing some Damascus lately as well. It's a lot of fun, but very time consuming. We don't have a lot of time these days. As far as the new steels are concerned; we are always very interested in the technology. But not always as thrilled with the results as some knife enthusiasts wish. Talonite is very interesting to me. Certainly not in a tool of war, but interesting. I think your TNT knives are BADASS!!! (For those of you who don't know, Tom HATES the term badass'). Seriously though, Tom Mayo TNT' knives are awesome. His satin finish is arguably one of the best there is. Very nice stuff.
