No mention of CBP proposal in latest Blade?

I just got the the September 2009 issue of Blade, the first since the whole CBP proposal news broke. I'm scanning the whole mag front to back and I see no mention whatsoever of CBP.

Is the publication process of Blade such that it was impossible to put in anything about CBP, not even a one page brief about what was happening? They've got info and updates on their website, but what about any of their readers who don't check that site, or perhaps the web in general, for such things?

I have to think if it was at all feasible to put it in the latest issue they would have, right? Nothing else makes sense.

That would have taken a page away from advertising. :p

Generally, magazines are finalized a couple months before the publication date. They had probably already sumitted the whole thing to the printer before the situation even started.
