No response after filling out spare parts form

I bought a Boker Plus red balisong trainer off of BladeHQ, and after a few weeks of flipping, the screws on the hinge of the safe handle fell off.
After a quick Google search, I found this was a common problem, easily fixed with some loctite.
By the time I was able to get some loctite, I had lost the screws, and so I contacted Boker through their Spare Parts page's form, which said I would have to wait a week at most for a response.
After 2 and a half weeks of waiting, I have not gotten any kind of response back.
 
Long story short, needed 3 copies of Boker's Exskeliber proprietary two prong pivot tools, tried email 3 times, first response was nothing, second was to send me a torx wrench free of charge, 3rd- nothing. Called Boker-USA in Colorado, spoke with extremly helpful warehouse guy who had just found a box of them and sent 3.
