Not able to get in contact with Going Gear

Ive been trying to contact Going Gear about my order and have had basically zero luck. I have seen that the owner sometimes frequents here, has anyone else been having issues? Ive normally only heard good things from them.
 
The founder died a few years ago in his 30s. Not sure what's up with them since. They have COVID things going on too. I'd call when they say they're open. Wish i could tell you more.

Yikes, so young. I hope he is at peace. Youre right I’ll try a bit later and hopefully be able to contact someone.
 
I feel your pain - I placed an order (NOT with GG) just over 3 weeks ago. It hasn't shipped, and my attempts at communication seem to be falling on dead ears.

I haven't purchased from GG recently; but my experiences were all good.

UPDATE:

The item is now arriving today. No response from GoingGear at all thus far. Have been trying to contact since last week Wednesday.
