How do you keep the edge?
I have sharp maker and wiked edge!

To maintain the edge, I use a ceramic rod and strop. When the edge needs to be reshaped, I've got a KME system.
i doubt you'll have any issues keeping a sharp with the systems you have. Both are excellent systems.

That stinks when that happens...but better than the alternative of it being liberated from your box! It will be worth the wait I am sure:)
