Which is your favorite and why?

Especially interested in responses from people who own multiple models and can compare their experience between them.

Thanks in advance!

I have the rifleman, the norse, the spike and the viking hand axe.

For the general hawks, the Pipe Hawk would be my pick. Functional hammer, good blade shape, and much lighter than the Rifleman.

Of what I have, the Norse hawk has a nice thin bit, and is fast enough for fighting. It throws well, sticks well. Has horn and beak for thrusting and hooking.

If I had a Norse blade with back spike or hammer I'd take that.

If I was to have pick one for throwing, not fighting, the Rifleman hawk throws and hits amazing.

It is simply too heavy to be a quick fighter. But if I was heading toward some one I'd throw the Rifleman and follow with Norse hawk in hand.

The spike hawk, I keep on a 30 inch handle. Like the viking hand axe.

I've been throwing the Norse and rifleman for decades..
Here is the Rifleman, norse and a poll axe on a pick handle.

If you like I can upload a few old videos of the Rifleman hawk throwing... they are pretty low quality...about 13 years old?
I've been watching a bunch of hawk vids, lately, with a bunch of throwing, so no need, thanks. Though I bet the rifleman's hawk hits with lots of authority.

Favorite: Trail hawk!
Dont like spikes or pipes nor wide blades.
Had a Frontier hawk, didnt care for that one.
Will get the Hudsons Bay next.

Sidenote: I have a Chogan, but havent used it enough to develop an opinion. I did put a longer handle on it as the head seemed too heavy and “unbalanced” with the factory handle.
