In June I had this real bad craving to obtain another fixed blade. I had my eyes on a certain piece of eye candy! What I wanted couldn't be had ~ so I contacted the maker and this is what we came up with:

12.75" overall length. 8" of Nick Smolen Ladder Pattern carbon damascus (75% 5160 and 25% 203E) that has a sharpened false edge.

4.75 inches of handle and guard/pommel. The scales are polished mammoth ivory scales that are pinned over a hidden tang. The handle is accented with Mike Sakmar twist mokume (copper and nickel/silver only, leaving out the brass) guard and pommel.

<font face="arial" size=+1 color "red">David Broadwell

worked his magic to provide me with a Fighter that I wanted!

Wanna talk about "fast?" I can't tell yet....unable to see the speed thru my teary eyes......
