An old friction pruning knife, with Horn handles! It has a blade stamping I have never seen before, RISORGE, with a four-legged animal standing above the name (partly corrode away!)! There is a middle liner that acts as a blade stop!

The Google tells me the Italian word resorge translates to resurrected or emerges, or something like that. Is that pruner Italian made, by chance?
