After posting the old Sabatier's I found at flea markets I thought folks might like to see this Nogent that was found caked in rust some time ago.......
The thinnest of blades that is similar to a filleting knife, probably thinner!
It would probably go further but though I better not push it, especially with the pitting that'll act as stress risers. After this torture it's still comes back as straight as a die.
Anybody else have one? Any ideas on age? Thanks.
