Two smaller vintage Swedish lugged axe/hatchet heads. Older Granfors Bruk (1lb 8oz) on top, Wetterling Storvik EX (1lb 12oz) on the bottom.
They both need work but are very serviceable. The eyes on them are a close match to the standard full-size American style. A house axe sized handle would be a potential length match.
