I didn't mean to pile on the Omega watch listings here today... but timing is funny like that sometimes!

Personal opinion -- this is a heck of a lot of watch for the money!

I lost my job this week, and want to unload this quickly. I paid $3200 it on a watch forum about 1-2 months ago. Low(est?) priced at $2850 for a quick sale.

I've worn it a few times, and think it's a heck of a cool watch. But... I need to pay the bills. Otherwise, this would be a keeper!

This is a gently used Omega Planet Ocean, 1st generation. In my opinion, this is the BEST version of the Planet Ocean -- cleanest and simplest design, and thinner/less chunky than later designs.

My understanding is that the sleekness is due to the 2500D movement, which takes up less space than the current 8900 movement.

I should also mention, that for a 42mm watch, it wears a lot more like a 40mm due to the dial size. And it's built like an absolute tank (which is a good thing).

Added bonus for those who care (not me, particularly), this was also the Bond "Quantum of Solace" watch. Links for specs and details below.

Watch is in excellent condition, but with one d'oh! scratch on the lug closest to 10:00. No idea what happened there, it was there when I bought the watch a month or two ago, on this site. I think it was +3spd when I randomly checked it the other day.

Includes box, papers, extra links... everything you see in the photos. Note -- I have the regular red box, not the fancy Quantum of Solace box.

Price is $2850 firm incl shipping. No offers please, I'm already taking a hit on this.
