Online Membership?

When is the online AKTI membership form going to be functional? I'd rather have teeth pulled than lick a stamp.
(Call me lazy, it's true!)
If the form isn't working, I'd even be willing to EMAIL my info, just PLEASE don't make me use snail mail.

Not sure how much longer to get the form working. We have an offer to host the web site as a courtesy to AKTI but it is requiring waiting when time is available for assistance.
