I've been looking for reasonably priced 7075 for a long time. They have a quote of $35. for 2 pieces 1" X 36" ! The only other price I have received has been over $100. for the same.
What I want to try with it is rapiers for theatre use. I've heard that it is tough enough for my use and will sound like steel when struck together. Light and tough is what I need for awkward and thoughtless actors. After you make something 'fool proof' you need to take it one step further to make it 'actor proof".
Thanks for the link,
Lynn
