No i don't but for the price i suspect it is VERY high quality. It was made for the military. I have many of Ontarios products, i love em. Good stuff.

Not for "military." For "extreme military"! :D

I don't know anything about the knife, but I would suggest first not getting sucked in by its marketing-licious name.

At first glance I would say: 1) I don't like serrations; 2) that saber grind makes it more of a stabber than a slicer and I use my knives to slice; 3) I don't know what the heck that fuller/hole/blood groove doohickey on the blade is supposed to be doing.

I'd take a RAT-1 over that one in a heartbeat. My 2 cents.

Its probably more of a "This was 100 bucks" kind of thing it probably isnt any better then a rat 1 or a utilitac 2 in terms of use. Just my opinion i have no experience with the knife. I personally like it but dont like the serrations.

I had an XM1; it was an "extremely" stout knife (think, Benchmade MPR thickness and feel), lockup was early and rock solid. I had the plain edge version. Fit and finish was excellent as well.

The XM2 looks even better as it has thinner handle scales so it would carry more comfortably.

"Made for the Military" = "Marketed to the Military", nothing more. It's just a marketing strategy and should never be taken as an indication of a knife's quality.
