I whole-heartedly second that... love my two copies of Busse Elmax, and a Scrappy (or three) made from it would be divine!

And for options... the Swamp Warden in thin Elmax would be spectacular, as would a Busse heat-treat on other "super" stainless steels (think what The Boss could do with M390 or S110V about .090 thick).
