Traveling to Oregon in a week and was going to carry an assisted opening knife. Thought I would check the law first. It appears that Oregon has some pretty strict knife laws.
Can someone here from Oregon tell me what is acceptable? Looks to me like the only thing acceptable is a folding knife with a back spring.
If that is even able to be carried in your pocket???

As long as it’s not concealed, you’re good 👍 Pocket clip showing or in a belt sheath qualifies as NOT concealed.

I’m not a lawyer but I see plenty of fixed blades open carried without any issues. Basically don’t start nothing, won’t be nothing. Concealment and intent get issues IMHO.
