any recommendations from you outside of a brush, soap and water to freshen up your blasted micarta? Between sweat, dirty hands and routine oil maintenance it does require some upkeep to keep the extra grippy texture and cleaner appearance. In terms of a food prep specific knife, g10 is probably a step above.
