Outstanding Customer Service!

I managed to bend the crap out of the clip on my Heat. It was 100% my fault, not a problem with the knife. I sent an email inquiring if replacement clips were available. Maureen from Camillus not only sent me a new clip free of charge, but also included new screws and a wrench. How often do you get customer service that exceeds your expectations like that?!?
