Or paring knives or if you want to call them a bird and trout knife I will make a leather scabbard for $25 each
1095 high carbon steel heat treated to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain structure throughout the blade
Flat grind to a keen edge and very sharp
Professionally stabilized spalted maple handles with Micarta pins
Overall length: 8 inches. They are both the same size it's just the camera angle that makes them look different
Blade: 3 3/4 inches
Thickness at the index finger is approximately 1/8 inch with a distal taper to the edge and point
