I have lucked out a few times and made good chili but I have also made not so good. Never took time to write anything down. When I cook it's always an experiment.
I'll take Kent's recipe for 200 please.
i should try the ultimate heresy and make a 16 hour sous vide slow cooked chili :> that should be tender

IMHO, the only reason to drain a can of rotel is so you can use the liquid to flavor your pasta/rice water.
I'm a Greek yogurt eatin' freak! Eatin' it right now even!
ThanksPretty close to what my wife makes.

I drain Rotel when adding it to melted cheese for nachos or as a dip. If you add all that water to the cheese, you end up with a very runny dip/sauce.
Hey man! How the hell ya been brudda?Have no fear... Worldwood is here!
Sure did. By leaps and bounds.Welcome back Worldwood. Snark slowed down when you left.
Well, start collecting knives again dammit.Hey fellas!!
Been doing pretty well. Lots of home repairs and lots of fishing, off roading, hiking and playing with the dogs.
Just got another pup a few weeks ago. A little blue pit i named Recon. Him and battle are best of friends. I use to collect knives... Now i collect dogs haha!
Have also rescued a few, got them healthy and put them in good homes. I'm weak when it comes to pups.
