Here is a little paring knife I made for my mom. It's based on a Shun 4" Deba styled utility that is pretty much my goto blade.
It's 1084 from aldo polished to 800 grit with a cherry handle. The handle has been finished with 4 coats of tru-oil and then as an experiment a final coat of burts bees wax was applied to the handle and blade and buffed off.

It now has a final edge on it but I forgot to take pictures before it went into the box and was wrapped up.
