10/26/17 Final Update: It's a wrap! Please see Part 6 (Donations Made!) here: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads...oing-to-the-dogs-sale-donations-made.1529020/

10/15/17 Update
:
All remaining knives have now been consolidated for sale in Part 5 here: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/part-5-of-afaustin’s-5th-annual-going-to-the-dogs-sale.1526764/#post-17532015 So I'm going to close Parts 1, 2, 3, & 4 at this time.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is Part 2 of my 5th Annual "Going to the Dogs" Sale. Part 1 is here: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/afaustin’s-5th-annual-going-to-the-dogs-sale.1519468/
Also see: Part 3 (with new knives and reductions on remaining knives from Part 1) here: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/part-3-of-afaustin’s-5th-annual-going-to-the-dogs-sale.1522378/
Please also see Part 4 here (additional knives): https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/part-4-of-afaustin’s-5th-annual-going-to-the-dogs-sale-phils-knives.1523906/
And also please see Part 5 here: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/part-5-of-afaustin’s-5th-annual-going-to-the-dogs-sale.1526764/#post-17532015
Everything’s the same as in Part 1, including that 100% of the proceeds will go to the pups, but I’m offering up a new bunch of knives here in Part 2.
For convenience sake, let me repeat the ground rules:
Details:
Prices include shipping, USPS 1st Class, w/ Delivery Confirmation. PayPal or m.o. only. I'll cover the PayPal fees, so go ahead and list it as a sale of goods, not a gift. (If you want insurance, let me know and I will figure your cost. Otherwise, I will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.)
Please understand that I have the right to sell or not sell to whomever I choose.
1st unconditional "I'll take it", followed up with prompt payment. For PayPal info. or questions, please e-mail me at: aforsythe4 (at) austin (dot) rr (dot) com
Once we have a deal, please post "I’ll take it" in this sales thread (if you haven’t already). The new BF software requires that in order for us to exchange feedback, which I think is important.
By buying these knives you are stating that you are at least 18 years of age, and otherwise in compliance with all applicable laws regarding them.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

International Sales Policies:

1) I fill out the Customs forms accurately, and so I will list this as a sale/commercial transaction, not as a gift.

2) You assume responsibility for any mishaps with Customs or shipping.

3) We will agree on the manner and additional cost of shipping before finalizing the deal. Also, PayPal charges a higher fee on international sales, so I will approximate that and add it to your total.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now without further ado, let’s get on to the second batch of knives!
Thanks for helping the pups!
Andrew
4) Schrade Heritage Barlow (2661 on tang). Made in U.S.A. Stainless blades. Sharpened and lightly used. Very nice deep red smooth bone. "X"s on the tang denote a "second", but the only flaw I see is a small nick in the bone on the mark side by the rear pin (see pic).
No box. $35.00 $30.00 $27.00 SOLD
6) A.G. Russell Bullet Lockback in Smooth Natural Bone. Made in Japan. 3 1/4" closed. Sharpened to a nice edge and lightly used. High quality and pleasing knife, as is typical for AGR made in Japan models.
No box. $45.00 SOLD
7) A.G. Russell Reverse Congress Muskrat. Scales are Mother-of-Pearl with Abalone spacer.
Made in China for AGR. A real beauty.
All the details here: http://www.agrussell.com/a-g-russell-reverse-congress-muskrat/p/RUShhhCM14HP/https://agrussell.com/knife/3898
And see Post #54 here for the writer’s description of his AGR Muskrat with hard pear covers (and the next post is mine, bemoaning the fact I had—and sold--- another one of these some time ago. I’m slow to learn the lesson that MOP and abalone is just too "fancy" for me.):
Like new, unused, and unsharpened.
No box. $55.00 $49.00 $45.00 (and please keep in mind that A.G. charges $8.95 for shipping). SOLD
8) Boker 240 Half Whittler. Nice wood scales—I’m guessing dark rosewood? 3 1/8" closed. Boker Tree Brand, Solingen, Germany. I believe the blades are carbon steel. The main clip was badly scratched and required radical surgery. It now has a rough satin finish, a different blade shape, and uneven bevel lines—looks funky but is very thin and sharp.
No box. $20.00 SOLD
9) Elk Ridge Lockback in Dark Blue Jigged Bone. 3" closed. Made in China. 440 stainless steel. Blade has side-to-side movement when closed but locks up tight when open. Nice fit & finish. Lightly used and sharp & pointy!
Includes box. $10.00 SOLD
