Paul Chen ORCHID, KATANA,WAKIZASHI,TANTO. The web link has better picture's then I can take, if you are a serious buyer I can take Pics of the Swords. The saya is deeply lacquered blue with polished buffalo horn koiguchi (scabbard mouth) and kurikata (scabbard knob). The sageo (scabbard cord) is black and traditionally tied. A one-piece solid brass habaki secures the blade in the saya. The double pegged tsuka (handle) is made of high quality wood with strips of inlayed (ray skin) and covered with the blue Japanese cotton tsuka ito (handle wrapping). The Fuchi, Kashira and Kojiri are made of bronzed iron with silver and gold detailing. The Tsuba of the katana and wakizashi is made of blackened iron with an inlaid silver, brass and copper Orchid and Butterfly. A cloth bag is included to protect the sword during storage. Each sword also comes with a Paul Chen maintenance kit.
