Wow, that was quick - I just mailed it Saturday! Post Office must’ve been working overtime.

Is a pretty decent flipper. Tank of a knife as well... Hated to get rid of it, but there were other things in this thread I was lusting after, so....

Have fun with it, glad you like it.

Have tightened up the pivot - which eliminated a bit of blade play and centered it again - without compromise to the flipping action. Even smoother. Touched up on the Sharpmaker - cleaned and now clipped to my pocket.
Will be a good one, I'm sure.

    And the lust goes on...

Not just for knives @bikerector  This constant desiring is the conditional trap of humanity. Overcome your lust for all things and you will know nirvana. :) Still, new knives are always fun

That's true of most of the people here.

I just turned down an offer for a Case/Bose folder due to lack of funds. And the fact that I really could not justify adding it to my collection. It's getting harder to justify another folder. Or fixed blade for that matter.

I'm sixty-one as of yesterday, I don't need high speed, low drag gear. Those days are gone. Give me something that ergonomically fits my hand and offers decent workmanship/materials. I am more concerned about what knife I'll be able to use when I turn seventy than the latest and greatest blade steel.

@sabre cat i agree with you, at 64 I prefer traditional knives because that’s what I’m comfortable with, but lately I have picked up a few knives in this thread that I wouldn’t of thought about in the past to see what I’ve been missing. Two of these knives have been Spyderco’s a Tenacious and a Meadowlark 2 both easy to use and comfortable in my old hands. This doesn’t mean that I’ll give up my favorites like Mini copperlocks, slimline trappers, peanuts and Barlow’s but it’s fun finding others that will compliment them.

Oh yeah, the Tenacious, Persistence and Efficient are very good pieces for the money. You don't have to learn to love them, you just do.

I liked mine. Kind of a pocket hog, though. Mine ended up in the pocket of a friend. He needed it more than I did.

Pocket hog indeed. I ended up giving mine away in a flash giveaway here on BFC. I think @Ulf Krogstad won it. Bought a full size Spydie Jess Horn to replace it.

Lol I didn't know if it was a little pocket spotters scope or what. I just looked like a neat gadget. I guess the other thing is the microscope attachment?

I would like to claim this if I could. This is a very cool idea, and a nice gesture. I will throw up a knife tonight in return. Thank you!
Edit: I put two up for grabs. Thank you!

I would like to put up these two. A Spyderco Roc and some sort of old slip joint. It says Rough Rider. I know nothing about slip joints so sorry if it is worthless. IMG_20190601_221027~2.jpg IMG_20190601_221020~2.jpg
