A bit heavier, obviously, but I see that as a positive. The lack of thumb jimping isn’t even noticeable because of the great thumb ramp CPK’s come with and the lack of a lanyard hole is a no biggie in my book.

I had convinced myself that since I already have a FK2 that I wouldn't be too interested in these - not too sure what niche it would fill aside from a different variation of an already excellent knife. Well, the sale seemed to be going a bit slower than the last one so I went ahead and added my name to the list.

Out of curiosity, what scales are those, did you dye a set?

I think you’ll appreciate the BFK.
I did RIT dye these last night only because I prefer solid black. I also treated everything to a coat of Obenaufs even though it’s dry out here.
