Well, it has been a bit over half a year since I got myself on John's books and I've acquired a bit of an assortment since then. Sizes that range from the big to the somewhat small, they are all pretty terrific. You can tell that I have a wee bit of a preference when it comes to the type of wood I like. Still, I like to mix it up now and then, hence why you see the Walnut, Bloodwood, and Ironwood mixed in with the Ebony.

If I were to pick a favorite or two out of the bunch, I'd say the Kephart and Puuko are pretty strong contenders for the top spot.

I like that element, I'm even more glad I have one on order now. I need to get something in wood from John... eventually.

Here’s the sheath for my fiancées E01 EDC. I was worried The sheath proportions would be off since I used my hunter for the pattern but it came out just right.

This tanto is gonna be hard to kick out of my pocket though the more I look at it and hold it! My other Hunter May start to get jealous of not being in my pocket.

Very nice work on the sheath, really sets off the knife.

Thank you, I was real happy with how that one turned out. I’m also super happy with the scales I don’t know how you finished them but there nice and clear with a good amount of grip to them.

Pàdruig Pàdruig your collection of Jks has grown quick! I also like your taste in variety you have in it.

Chisel grinds leave nasty wounds. I'm pretty sure the original Hurley Creek is like the pocket fixed blade of triangle shaped bayonets

The EDC is ready to be gifted to my fiancée tomorrow. finally got around to coating the blade with some frog lube to help her ease into a non stainless steel, and put a nice lil edge on it so it’s ready for whatever she needs it to do.

Gonna post the chisel tanto Hunter sheath tomorrow so the mink oil can even out overnight and not give it such a splotchy look in the photo. Johns 01 takes an amazing edge and still impresses me every time. Both of these knives are insanely scary sharp.
