Would someone please tell the video reviewers on you tube the correct way to pronounce this knife?
Its pronounced Pie-Ka.
Not Pee-ka.
The Pika is a small furry little animal that lives high in the Rocky Mountains.
They are a member of the rabbit family.
Some of these reviewers LIVE in the Rockies. They have to have seen the critters more than once. Nutnfancy comes to mind .
Strange that they cant pronounce the name of the animal or the knife.
Since Spyderco, (thats Spy-der-coe, not Spy-der-caw), is a Golden Colorado company, I have to think that Sal presumably named this knife after the animal that lives high in his home state.
These reviewers lose a lot of credibility with me when they cant even pronounce the name of the knife they are reviewing.
Even the word Pica is pronounced Pie-Ka, not, Pee-Ka.
